High performance spark plugs
Due to our more than 25 years’ experience with cylinder pressure sensors and data acquisition systems, we realized that a proper working spark plug is also an important component of a smooth-running engine. That is why we have decided to expand our product range with specially developed spark plugs.
Both our Industrial Spark Plug ISP-01 and our currently under development Pressure Spark Plug PSP-01 with integrated pressure sensor are innovative novelties.

Industrial Spark Plug ISP-01:
Our industrial spark plug ISP-01 with an increased service life of 4000 – 6000 hours has an advanced design with optimized heat dissipation for low wear of electrodes. In contrast to a known hook spark plug, the design of annular gap shielded with a center electrode as a ring was chosen.
The center and ground electrodes are made of special precious metals, which have proven to be advantageous in terms of temperature, oxidation and thus wear behavior for the service life of the spark plug. The IMES spark plug type ISP-01 with M18x1.5 screw-in thread has been successfully tested on various gas engines over the last 2 years.
